Job summary
Integrated Data Services (IDS) seeks a Senior Software Engineer to build and sustain enterprise applications used by DoD/DoW personnel. The role leverages Java/Spring Boot on the backend, Angular on the frontend, and Oracle databases, with cloud deployments in GovCloud and automated pipelines meeting security requirements.

Qualifications
- Seven+ years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technical discipline.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Own application capabilities from concept through production and sustainment.
- Use AI development tools to improve efficiency while ensuring correctness and security.
- Design and evolve data models, schemas, and database access patterns.
- Write SQL directly against Oracle and optimize performance.
- Contribute to Angular front-end work as needed.
- Own changes through CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
- Write clean, well-tested code and provide peer reviews.
- Investigate defects to identify root causes and propose fixes.
- Participate in architecture and design decisions with sound rationale.
