• Carry an experiment-friendly Rust feature through code freeze without breaking AbbVie stability.
• Build the mentorship-focused Team Leadership feature that wins back the OR accounts AbbVie lost.
• Reverse-engineer the hands-dirty Jenkins format AbbVie inherited and never documented.
• Sketch Goal Setting sequence diagrams that make the technology flow obvious to everyone.
