Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering with open source technologies.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in R and Python, including package development.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience with open source governance, licensing, SBOMs, and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of multilingual NLP tools and frameworks (spaCy, Hugging Face) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own container management for multilingual data‑quality tooling and deployments.
• Design and operate container orchestration and registry strategies for secure environments.
• Lead open source package management across BI&T and DQS tech stacks.
• Establish internal repositories to manage dependencies and licensing at scale.
• Drive open source compliance and governance with Legal, IT Security, and Open Source teams.
• Mentor engineers on container best practices and compliance‑by‑design.
