Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, design, engineer, and implement full stack software solutions—React/TypeScript front-ends, Python and Node.js services, Apollo GraphQL federated subgraphs, and NoSQL data stores.
• Serve as technical lead on projects to develop, test, and deploy significant new products or improvements at division level.
• Design and build responsive, accessible web experiences using modern tooling (Vite, GraphQL codegen, TanStack/Redux Toolkit, react-hook-form, zod).
• Design and evolve Apollo GraphQL subgraphs and the federated supergraph; author schemas, resolvers, and data-loading patterns.
• Build and operate Python back-end services, including agent/LLM-integrated services, exposed safely to front-end and downstream consumers.
• Architect NoSQL data models (graph, document, key-value) with Redis caching, ensuring performance and resilience.
• Package and deploy with Docker and orchestrate on Kubernetes/EKS via Helm, including production-grade manifests.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions; automate build, test (unit/integration/e2e with Playwright), security scans, and deployment across environments.
• Instrument services with Datadog APM/RUM and analyze signals to resolve issues.
• Contribute to advancing engineering practices and stay current with state-of-the-art tools and techniques.
• Operate with high autonomy, managing project scope, budget, and timelines.
