Hadrius seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join the NYC team onsite in Lower Manhattan. You will build the financial system from the ground floor using Django/Python, React/Next/TypeScript, and AWS, with a hands-off culture and broad autonomy.

You will lead from the front, own features end-to-end, and collaborate with founders, PMs, and sales. Expect rapid growth in a fast-paced startup, shaping core product and infrastructure.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Organized and clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• First week: push your first PR to production and learn the Hadrius way.
• First month: implement a big feature that drives revenue and mentor others through code reviews.
• First 3 months: become the defacto owner of your product domain and scale impact.
