Canonical is seeking a Workplace Engineer to design and deliver internal systems with strong ownership of what you ship. You will build Go services and APIs, create data-driven dashboards, and integrate LLM-powered features into daily workflows.

You should bring expertise in Go backend, modern frontend (React/Svelte/TypeScript), data engineering and analytics, and data visualization. SSH, security, performance, and accessibility matter, and you will mentor teammates in a distributed setup.

• Experience designing and delivering systems and platforms.
• Ability to write specs, estimate work and deliver to criteria.
• Strong code review, testing and documentation habits.
• Experience with Go backend services and modern frontend engineering.
