Qualifications

• Experience across the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Proficiency with object-oriented languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
• Experience developing for embedded or distributed systems.
• Understanding of OO design, interfaces, modularity, and system integration.
• Strong Agile background (Scrum/SAFe) and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with version control, issue tracking, automated testing, and build/deploy tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's degree requirement; substitution rules may apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements, conceptual op; define and develop software to meet objectives.
• Lead design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of software and embedded systems.
• Translate requirements into architecture, designs, and implementable work products.
• Evaluate alternatives and address performance and mission needs.
• Provide technical leadership for architecture, coding, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain software architecture, interface specs, and test artifacts.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and peers to resolve issues.
• Support integration, verification, test strategies, and CI/CD activities.
• Contribute to Agile/DevSecOps improvements; ensure quality, cybersecurity, safety requirements are met.
