Job summary

Davidson Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Systems (MBSE) Engineer to join our Huntsville, AL team onsite. You will apply MBSE methodologies to transform high-level requirements into software and system architectures for DoD programs.

You will lead modeling, design, and integration efforts, collaborate with architects and product owners, and ensure the technical integrity and successful delivery of all SE artifacts within your scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
15+ years of relevant systems engineering experience on programs of similar scope and complexity.
4 years of additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
Strong experience with MBSE and SysML.
Experience with software architecture and ICDs.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements, concept of operations, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
Lead design and development activities based on system requirements.
Guide users in formulating requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Develop technical documentation including system architecture and design documents.
Plan system engineering management and test plans for integration and execution.
Collaborate with Architects and Product Owners to resolve technical issues, risks, and conflicts.
Ensure technical integrity and quality of all SE deliverables within responsibility area.
