Job summary

Mirantis is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement control planes powering high-density AI infrastructure. You will contribute to Rust/Go services, implement Kubernetes operators, and build robust APIs for network and DPU integration.

You will work within a T-shaped engineering team, collaborating across OpenTelemetry observability, API design, and reliability, with a focus on scalable cloud-native platforms for AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Strong software architecture and system design experience.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and networking.
• Open-source contributions are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain control plane microservices.
• Develop custom Kubernetes operators and reconciliation logic.
• Interface with network OS modules and DPU hardware.
• Instrument services with observability and ensure test coverage.
