Qualifications

• Proficiency in Rust (Tokio, Tonic, Axum, sqlx) and Go.
• Strong SQL/PostgreSQL and API design with gRPC/Protobuf.
• Experience with async concurrency, distributed systems, and testing.
• Expertise in Datacenter networking (BGP/EVPN/VXLAN) and DPU architectures.
• Familiarity with SONiC/Cumulus/NVUE and NVLink/RoCEv2.
• Experience writing Kubernetes controllers/operators using CRD-driven patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain control plane microservices and Kubernetes operators in Rust/Go.
• Create clear architectural specs, FR/NFR, and API schemas (gRPC/REST).
• Develop network integrations for modern NOS backbones and DPU hardware.
• Instrument services with OpenTelemetry and perform RCAs across polyglot systems.
• Ensure high test coverage with mock-driven testing and PR review discipline.
