Mastercard is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Arlington, VA, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will design, build, and scale data-intensive platforms and distributed systems across on-premises and cloud environments, leveraging Databricks, Spark, and related technologies.

You will mentor others and collaborate across Product, Data Governance, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience building data-intensive platforms and large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with Databricks/Hadoop/Spark ecosystem.
