Nedasoft, serving California’s Regional Centers, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead development of its core cloud platform. You will shape product direction, own critical features, and mentor engineers in a small, fast-moving team.

Role emphasizes backend focus with Next.js/React.js, SQL Server, and modern CI/CD practices. Strong architectural ownership and cross-team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building scalable, production-grade cloud systems.
• Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Full-stack experience with an emphasis on backend development.
• Experience owning architecture decisions and leading technical discussions.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows, including CI/CD.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to become a subject matter expert on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead development of key features of the core product and platform.
• Lead efforts to ensure quality and reliability of the technology stack using sound engineering practices.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to align software design with user needs.
• Lead technical discussions to ensure scalable system architecture.
• Mentor engineers and grow the team's technical capability.
• Work with Next.js/React.js, SQL Server, and CI/CD workflows.
