Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building modern cloud-native applications.
• Experience with secure SDLC practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and application resiliency.
• Proficiency with programming languages like C#, .NET, or Python and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills and agile mindset.
• Experience owning production systems and driving end-to-end implementation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deliver, and own enterprise software solutions across platforms.
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to standards and direction.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentoring, and peer reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver features aligned with roadmaps.
• Promote software engineering standards, best practices, and workflows.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions and support DevOps practices.
• Work with architecture, IT security, QA, and vendor teams to improve reliability.
• Document designs, implementations, and operational processes clearly.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt modern tools and technologies.
• Own the technical implementation and long-term health of critical systems.
