Qualifications

• 5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years programming in at least one language.
• 5+ years leading design/architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and fault-tolerant platform components that power full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with admin users and product teams on UX design and prototyping.
• Propose innovative tools, frameworks, automation used by teams across AWS.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and perform peer code reviews.
