Amazon Security ASCOT Engineering is seeking a Software Development Engineer to shape the future of Amazon security. You will design and build scalable security services across AWS, defining architecture and owning components from inception through production.

You'll collaborate with teams across AWS to deliver secure, compliant workloads and contribute to engineering standards that raise the bar for security across Amazon's products and services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design/architecture experience on scalable systems.
• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development.
• Experience programming in at least one programming language.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all parts of the software and deployment lifecycle, including documentation, testing and operations.
• Design and build proactive security solutions at scale across AWS services.
• Own the technical direction, architecture design and engineering practices for services.
