Job summary

Replicated is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the SecureBuild team in the US. You’ll work on SecureBuild offering, zero-CVE container images, and contribute to multi-premise features for ISVs and Enterprise customers.

You’ll collaborate across product, design, and engineering, mentor teammates, and engage directly with customers to refine the product while operating within a modern CI/CD pipeline.

Qualifications

• Senior level Go development experience with associated tooling.
• Deep Linux experience.
• Strong technical communication and collaboration.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining API services and their datastores.
• Experience shipping software in cloud-native, customer-facing infra.
• Ability to deliver independently and in teams with CI/CD.
• Curiosity for innovative software and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and customers to iterate features from prototype to GA.
• Design, develop, document, test, deploy, and support products throughout their lifecycle.
• Mentor and be mentored, fostering growth within the team.
• Engage with customers to understand problems and brainstorm solutions.
• Work with teammates to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Participate in weekly support and on-call rotations.
• Promote a culture of quality and testing, guiding less experienced teammates.
