You will review code, mentor peers, and establish best practices to ensure robust, scalable codebases and production readiness. The role involves solving complex issues, integrating secure algorithms with distributed systems, and driving data-driven improvements through analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
• Experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade web applications using Java, GoLang and Spring/Hibernate for scalability and reliability.
• Experience with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures for RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git and release management, including branching strategies.
• Experience with IAM concepts (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect) for secure auth.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL for developing, debugging, and maintaining production-grade codebases.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, AI/ML for analytics, and mobile flow security considerations.
