This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in complex technical environments and can influence technical direction across teams.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's in CS/SE or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience building production-grade applications in a collaborative team.
• Strong frontend with React and TypeScript.
• Backend services using C# and .NET.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Azure cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Automated testing strategies and modern testing frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions across frontend and backend systems.
• Lead the implementation of complex features within distributed, cloud-based architectures.
• Translate product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers through the SDLC.
• Drive code quality, testing, observability, security, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers.
• Identify technical risks early and help teams mitigate them.
• Contribute to architectural decisions to enable long-term scalability.
• Champion continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.
• Mentor engineers through leadership and knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate emerging tools to improve productivity and product quality.
