The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Lab Provisioning & Integration in Berkeley, MO. This role focuses on architecting and delivering scalable lab environments across on‑prem and cloud, driving secure, automated deployment pipelines and cross‑program integration efforts.

You will lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with security standards while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. 100% onsite position.

Qualifications

• Active Secret US Security Clearance required; ability to obtain Top Secret post-start for US citizenship.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of professional experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Experience with light scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate tasks.
• Experience leading people and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Lab Environment Leadership: architect, provision, and optimize lab/test environments on‑prem and in cloud (Terraform, Ansible).
• Integration Testing Architecture: design automated testing workflows across programs; ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Strategic Deployment Pipeline Ownership: drive scalable, secure deployment mechanisms and pipelines.
• Data-Driven Insight & Decision Making: collect and analyze performance data to guide decisions.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: mentor engineers, promote best practices, share knowledge.
• Security & Compliance Leadership: lead security integration and compliance with CIS, NIST, SOC 2, FedRAMP.
