Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Lead Project Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure in Hazelwood, MO to drive cloud-enabled defense initiatives within the Digital Infrastructure Segment. The role emphasizes execution, cross-functional leadership, and CAM responsibilities.

This position is 100% onsite and may require up to 10% travel. Required are a BS in engineering, 9+ years of related experience, and Agile experience, with cloud hosting familiarity and the ability to manage EVM reporting and risk.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
Experience working within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Lead project execution for DIS work packages that heavily leverage Cloud Engineering capabilities.
Plan, coordinate, and manage cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
Define work packages, allocate resources, track progress, and manage subcontractor activities.
Establish and monitor performance metrics and analytics to measure technical and business outcomes.
Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and analysis; support risk, issue, and opportunity management.
Respond to changes in Statement of Work (SOW), assess impacts, and negotiate modifications to deliverables, costs, and schedules.
Serve as Cost Account Manager (CAM) as assigned.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the customer.
Promote a transparent, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
