- 8+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years as a Software Engineer focused on designing and building complex, scalable systems
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, algorithms, and system architecture
- Ability to lead technical discussions, make critical decisions, and drive consensus
- Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture
Responsibilities
- Contribute to architectural discussions and align software architecture with business goals
- Solve complex technical problems and make critical technology decisions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and standards
