Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years as a Software Engineer focusing on designing and building complex, scalable systems
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, algorithms, and system architecture
- Ability to lead technical discussions, make critical decisions, and drive consensus among team members
- Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture
Responsibilities
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions to align with business goals and industry best practices
- Solve complex technical problems and make critical decisions on technology selection, architecture, and planning
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and coding standards
- Lead cloud initiatives with Azure and AWS and integrate AI agent code into products
- Design data systems and architectures for scalable solutions
