Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years as a software engineer building scalable systems.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architecture.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus across teams.
- Experience with cloud technologies and microservices.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural discussions and ensure alignment with business goals and best practices.
- Solve complex technical problems and make critical technology decisions.
- Provide technical leadership to junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Contribute to design and implement scalable, cloud-based systems.
- Work with AI agent code development and integrate into products.
- Design data systems and architectures for enterprise solutions.
