Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience, focused on reporting, data engineering, or analytics.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience developing automated reporting workflows and business-facing deliverables.
• Solid understanding of relational data models, ETL, and data validation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable reporting frameworks for standardized and client-specific reports.
• Build automated workflows that generate Excel, PDF, PowerPoint, and Word deliverables.
• Develop and optimize data extraction, transformation, and validation pipelines with Python and SQL.
• Integrate data from enterprise systems, external providers, and internal databases.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Establish data quality controls for reliable client deliverables.
• Build internal tools and lightweight applications to streamline reporting and onboarding.
• Support, enhance, and troubleshoot existing systems and vendor applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support UAT.
• Follow SDLC practices: version control, code reviews, automated testing, documentation, and CI/CD.
• Coordinate with technology teams to align with architecture, security, and data governance.
