Job summary

GreenSlate seeks a Client Reporting Analyst II to design, develop, and deliver reporting and data tools for clients and internal teams. You will collaborate with Data/Software Engineering, Technical Account Management, and Operations to meet requirements and timelines, leveraging Alteryx, SQL Server, Snowflake, Tableau, and Excel.

The role emphasizes automated and self-service reporting, go-live support, and end-user training, with remote work options within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management.
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
• Payroll experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement custom reporting solutions.
• Develop automated and self-service solutions for efficient data access.
• Participate in change management, go-live support, and end-user training.
• Provide project estimates, target dates, and task planning.
• Monitor, identify, and resolve reporting and data issues.
• Develop and modify workflows and reports as needed.
• Understand data structures, values, and transformations.
• Contribute to standards, processes, and validation quality.
• Work on client projects with urgency.
• Utilize Alteryx, SQL Server, Excel, Google Sheets, Snowflake, and Tableau.
