Job summary

NTT DATA Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer ( .NET/C# and/or C++ ) for a hybrid onsite role in Charlotte, NC.

You will participate in design, development, and maintenance of Capital Markets software, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability while collaborating with business users and analysts to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. You will contribute to architecture, develop high-quality software, and help define the technical vision and roadmap

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional software development with C#/.NET and/or C++.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and supporting scalable enterprise apps.
• 5+ years data processing, messaging, APIs, integration, and relational DBs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for production issues.
• Onsite at the client location in Charlotte, NC, at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Capital Markets software.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with users and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture and design of in-house and external applications.
• Develop high-quality software using C#/.NET and/or C++.
• Design and implement data processing, messaging, and integration solutions.
• Share knowledge and align with the wider development team to meet project goals.
• Assist with defining technical vision and roadmap for Capital Markets apps.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues independently and proactively.
• Ensure adherence to security, coding, and architecture standards.
