Job summary

Bruker in San Jose seeks an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, and integrate high-quality software with a focus on C# and .NET GUI development. You will collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams and be a key member in product management, service, and support.

The role requires 10+ years in software development, strong C#/NET GUI expertise, and experience with event-driven architectures on Windows. Occasional travel and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience with C#/.NET GUI design and implementation.
• Experience in event-driven architectures and parallel processing.
• Proficiency with C# and C++ development in a Windows desktop environment; mixed mode (C++/C#) is a plus.
• Experience with Cognex CVS and OpenCV is a plus.
• Experience in CUDA programming is a plus.
• Knowledge/experience with semiconductor equipment (ATE) is a plus.
• Comfortable with working on tools.
