Job summary

Quantum Workplace, based in Omaha, Nebraska, seeks a senior software leader to own complex features end-to-end—from design through production deployment and support—across our C#/.NET stack. You will influence architecture, raise code quality, and amplify the engineers around you.

You will ship high-quality software in a fast-moving environment, with emphasis on adaptable product priorities and evolving practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software.
• Deep hands-on C#/.NET experience.
• SQL at scale, including schema design, query tuning, and working with real data volumes.
• Track record of shipping scalable systems and making engineers around you better.
• Adaptability and comfort with change, including evolving product priorities and technologies.
• Clear communication of technical decisions to engineers and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Own complex features end to end, including design, build, deployment, and production support.
• Shape architecture and data models, including system integration, data structuring, and real-load SQL performance.
• Keep production healthy with performance, scalability, and reliability work; drive durable fixes.
• Mentor mid-level engineers on design, testing discipline, debugging, and pragmatic tradeoffs.
