This is a senior-level role with real technical leadership scope. You’ll own complex features end-to-end, from design and implementation through production deployment and support, across our C#/.NET application stack. You’ll contribute to architectural decisions, raise the quality bar of the codebase, and be a force multiplier for the engineers around you. You ship high-quality software, and you make the team better at doing the same.
A note on how we work: we release often and we own what we build. You’ll see your work reach customers quickly, and you’ll have a real say in the architecture and practices that get it there. We expect both what we build and how we build it to keep evolving. Customer needs change, technology changes, and new capabilities create new possibilities. We value people who are comfortable adapting, questioning assumptions, and helping the team figure out what makes sense next.
This role onboards in person in our Omaha, Nebraska office.
