Title: Senior Engineer, Software Engineering

Location: Weston, FL, 33331 OR REMOTE (US, preferably East Coast)

W2 Contract (No C2C)

Pay rate: Can go up to $71 per hour

Key Requirements:

• Strong C++ experience (3+ years); Git and Linux development experience
• Familiarity with software development best practices, unit testing, and testing frameworks (e.g., Google Test)
• Experience with Qt framework is a plus (removing dependencies, refactoring to standard C++)
• Ability to work with complex algorithms and understand surgical terminology for robotic knee/joint replacement applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Refactor, translate, and integrate software components between codebases
• Ensure robust, well-tested code following internal processes and SPS lifecycle activities
• Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate with leads and architects
