Sr. US IT/Infra Recruiter at InfiCare Staffing

• Understand current business processes in ITAM, Order Management, and Service Portal usage.
• Identify key AI/automation opportunities to enhance user experience, agent productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Develop a phased AI adoption roadmaptailored to the customer’s environment and business priorities.
• Conduct AI readiness assessment across CMDB, Catalog, Asset Classes, and Portal usage patterns.

2. AI Enablement for ITAM & Order Management

• Enable and configure Now Assist AIto enhance:
• IT Asset lifecycle workflows(e.g., auto-classification, intelligent suggestions, risk detection)
• Order fulfillment flowswith GenAI-powered recommendations, summary generation, and search assist
• Integrate GenAI in agent workspacefor Order Management to improve resolution accuracy and reduce MTTR.
• Use Generative AI to summarize asset issues, propose asset actions, and generate fulfillment steps.

3. Service Portal AI Augmentation

• Design and implement AI-assisted experiences within the Service Portal, such as:
• Search Assist and auto-suggest knowledge
• Virtual Agent with GenAI integration for dynamic interactions
• Personalized recommendations based on user profile, intent, and history
• Ensure cohesive user experience by integrating Now Assist with front-end portal widgets and UX components.

4. Governance & Trust Layer

• Configure and manage AI Trust Layerto ensure secure, explainable, and controllable GenAI outcomes.
• Implement safeguards to prevent hallucination, enforce privacy, and respect data security standards.
• Define feedback and training loops to continuously improve AI models and user adoption.

5. Change Management & KPIs

• Lead AI enablement workshops with IT, Service Desk, Asset Managers, and Fulfillment Teams.
• Define adoption metrics and KPIs (e.g., case deflection, asset accuracy improvement, AI recommendation usage).
• Support training, communication, and rollout planning to drive enterprise-wide adoption.
