Job summary

Clearlink is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build high-quality, secure software serving users and the business. You will work across the full stack, create performant interfaces, design APIs, and optimize databases while partnering with product managers and UX designers.

You will lead technical reviews, mentor engineers, and support a culture of open communication. Expect a hybrid role with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays and remote work on other days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OO programming with languages such as PHP, Java, Node JS, Golang or JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
• 3+ years of experience with Vue.js, Angular or React.
• 3+ years of testing, maintaining, and launching software products.
• 1+ year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience developing CMS-driven applications and integrations.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform/CDK/CloudFormation).
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Bitbucket, Git, or Postman.
• Application and Data Security.
• Relational SQL, NoSQL, and Graph databases such as Neo4j, Document DB, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable software.
• Design and optimize Postgres & MySQL databases and implement effective database strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to build and deliver customer-centric technical solutions.
• Lead or participate in technical design reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Apply strong DevOps workflows to support efficient development and deployment.
• Build web applications with service-oriented and high-availability architectures.
