Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in SaaS or web products.
• Hands-on expertise with Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based development.
• Proven track record delivering features from design to production.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern practices.
• Experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong problem-solving and independent yet collaborative work style.
• Experience mentoring other engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own new product features from design to deployment.
• Develop full-stack SaaS applications using Rails, React/TS, PostgreSQL.
• Shape technical design decisions, architecture, APIs, and DB structures.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with a Principal Engineer to evolve AI-driven practices.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Own production performance, quality, and scalability.
