Job summary

Lightsprint (YC P26) is creating a collaborative product-development platform for the AI era. As a product engineer, you will talk to users, frame problems, design solutions with the team, and ship end-to-end, then watch logs and usage data to see if it worked and iterate.

You'll employ the latest agentic tools to multiply your productivity, build LLM brains, and handle real-time multiplayer challenges. You will balance fast progress with reliability in a complex, novel product landscape.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and shipping production fullstack/web apps at scale or 0-to-1 environments.
• Proven track record shipping end-to-end features with real user impact.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, databases, and real-time systems.
• Fluency with modern frontend frameworks (Next.js, Svelte) and DevOps (AWS/Vercel).
• Ownership mindset with emphasis on UX, performance, and polish.

Responsibilities
