Job summary

Lightsprint, the YC-backed collaborative product-development platform, is hiring its first community and developer relations lead in San Francisco. You’ll be the voice between our users and engineers, building a thriving community of non-technical builders and production-minded developers who trust what our agents produce.

Every demo, doc, or talk you create will come from hands-on use of the product in an AI-cloud-agent workflow, turning everyday usage into clear, teachable content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DevRel or community education in developer tools or technical products.
• Ability to ship demos, docs, talks, and tutorials.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication for PMs and engineers alike.

Responsibilities

• Build the community from zero across Discord/Slack and events.
• Ship content that teaches, not markets, including demos and tutorials.
• Synthesize community feedback into sharp product input.
• Represent Lightsprint in public through talks, podcasts, and launches.
• Own launches and coordinate across channels for momentum.
