Launchpoint is seeking a backend engineer to own core systems end to end, from design through production. You will work with a very small team, handle high-stakes data, and ensure reliability in a fast-moving environment.
You will apply AI where it matters, set architectural standards, and collaborate directly with customers to decide what gets built next. This is high-responsibility work with meaningful impact.
Launchpoint runs creator campaigns end to end: sourcing, briefing, review, tracking, and payouts. Brands like Uber, Capital One, Kalshi, Dr Pepper, and Higgsfield use it to put hundreds of creators to work at once and see exactly what each video did.
More than 160,000 verified creators are on the platform.
A very small engineering team carries all of Launchpoint. More than 160,000 creators, some of the most demanding brands in the world, and real money moving every week depend on what that team builds being right.
The problems are hard in every direction at once: scale, correctness, adversarial behavior, and speed. Most of them have no playbook. There is no ticket queue and nobody standing between you and the problem. You will own large parts of the platform outright, and the bar for what ships is high.
This role is for someone who wants the hardest work of their career so far and more responsibility than a larger company would hand them for years.
$150k – $250k base salary and up to 1% equity. Where you land in the band depends on experience and the scope you take on.
