Job description

You'll build the systems that move money. Real-time dashboards, lead routing engines, client-facing reporting tools, and high-throughput data pipelines processing millions of events daily. Every feature you ship has a direct line to revenue. This isn't a role where your work disappears into a backlog — you'll see the P&L impact of what you build within days of deploying it.

Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role.

• Build and maintain full-stack applications (Next.js, React, Node.js) that power campaign management, lead routing, and real-time analytics
• Architect APIs and data pipelines that handle millions of daily events without breaking a sweat
• Work directly with marketing and data teams to turn business problems into shipped software
• Lead code reviews, set engineering standards, and help junior engineers level up
• Own features end-to-end: scoping, building, deploying, monitoring, and iterating based on live performance data
• Build internal tooling that makes media buyers faster and campaigns more profitable
• Write tests that actually catch things (unit, integration, and e2e)
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for production systems
• Evaluate new technologies based on whether they make us faster, not whether they're trending on Hacker News

What We’re Looking For

The skills and experience we consider essential.

• 5+ years shipping production software in a full‑stack role
• Deep fluency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar database systems
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and how to keep it from costing a fortune
• Track record of building systems that actually scaled, not just systems designed to
• Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure‑as‑code
• Can explain technical tradeoffs to non‑technical people without condescending or hand‑wav­ing
• Thrives in ambiguity. You can take a vague business problem and come back with a clear technical plan

Nice to Have

Bonus points — not required, but they’ll help you hit the ground running.

• Experience in performance marketing, ad‑tech, or lead generation (you’ll learn fast either way)
• Familiarity with real‑time data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis)
• Background in ML/AI integration or data engineering
• Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, Edge Functions)
• Open‑source contributions or a public portfolio we can look at
