Job description

The full-stack launch weapon. One seat. Everything.

Every era of technology makes one big promise. Ours promised unlimited connection — and delivered a decade of swiping, scrolling, and staying home. We built the correction: a paid, verified membership connecting people through shared interests, in the app daily, in real life weekly.

The platform is built and live (in internal beta) on both app stores. Founding community partners are signing every week. New York opens in January. You'll work directly with the founder and an established core team. Not a lane. Not a department. The whole board.

Read this list carefully, because it's the job:
  • Consumer social launches. Density before breadth, supply before demand, and the cold-start problem.
  • Growth. Waitlists, referrals, attribution, funnels, conversion, retention curves, and cohort thinking.
  • Marketing. Positioning, campaigns, partnerships, lifecycle email, launch calendars, and a ninety-day demand plan.
  • Social content. Instagram, TikTok, hooks, formats, cadence, content production, and analytics.
  • PR. Press lists, journalist pitches, stories, spokesperson preparation, and launch moments.
  • Community and networking dynamics. How scenes form, why people join, and what makes a room feel alive.
  • Influencers and community leaders. Experience with creators, promoters, artists, and organizers. Building with influencers, not renting them.
  • Product, UX, and UI. QA flows, conversion friction, tickets, onboarding, paywalls, and push strategy.
  • App stores. Listings, screenshots, keywords, reviews, and ASO on both stores.
  • Operations. Member support, identity verification, launch events, partner administration, and payout tracking.
  • Team coordination. Remote teams, editors, engineering, design, and playbooks.
  • The modern toolkit. AI, scheduling platforms, Notion/Airtable, analytics, and video editing direction.
  • And everything in between. Hiring, improving playbooks, catching what's falling. Whatever the launch needs, handled.

Nobody is world-class at all thirteen. You need to be genuinely good at most, dangerous at the rest, and honest about which is which.

Who you are:

You've launched apps, campaigns, events, or productions and coordinated teams, including remote ones. New York strongly preferred; remote considered with regular time on the ground.

The deal:

Salary based on experience, plus meaningful early-team equity. We start with a paid trial sprint with real deliverables; prove it, and the full role and equity paper immediately.

No long cover letters. We move fast, and January is coming.
