Job summary

Waymo is seeking a software engineer in a hybrid role to help build the Waymo Driver's perception, decision-making, and control software. You will collaborate across teams to scale data pipelines and run real-time on vehicles, reporting to a Technical Lead Manager.

Required BS in CS/ML/Robotics and 5+ years of C++ software engineering experience, with strong collaboration skills and a focus on safety-critical robotics systems.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, ML, Robotics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years general software engineering experience programming in C++ with efficient code.
• Experience collaborating with different teams.

Responsibilities
