Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience working on production systems.
• Strong backend services and APIs experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Comfort owning features and services with minimal oversight.
• Solid data modeling, performance, and reliability understanding.
• Strong communication across product, design, engineering and partners.

• Design, build, and maintain core services, APIs, and workflows.
• Own features end-to-end from design to production support.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and external partner teams to translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions.
• Contribute to system design discussions and help evolve service architecture.

• Help identify and reduce technical debt while balancing delivery and maintainability.
