Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language.
• Experience with Git and collaboration tools.

• Experience mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication inside and outside the team.
• Lead automated testing initiatives and improve related practices.
• Support Go-live planning with cross-functional teams.
• Promote cross-team collaboration for end-to-end solutions.
• Prioritize system hygiene backlog to improve product and developer experience.
• Enforce coding standards through reviews to reduce hygiene issues.
• Manage software dependencies and stay informed on trends.
• Demonstrate mastery across multiple languages, frameworks, and tools.
