Responsibilities

• Provide input on architectural decisions and guide team members on best practices.
• Incorporate automated tests into tickets and mentor on automation strategies.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and propose innovative ideas and solutions.
• Identify opportunities and lead proofs-of-concept to demonstrate key functionality.
• Consider scalability and maintainability as the design evolves.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Help choose technologies and tools for the project.
• Demonstrate proficiency across multiple languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Design code aligned with the overall service architecture.
• Stay updated on industry developments and adopt new approaches.
• Understand data model and product design.
• Facilitate cross-team communication and collaboration.
• Heavily involved in automated testing and improving best practices.
• Understand adoption and release barriers for product and tech.
• Support PM and teams in planning a strategic launch with cross-functional teams.
• Promote cross-team collaboration for end-to-end solutions and Go-live support.
