Job summary

RCT Systems seeks a Senior/Expert DevOps Engineer to support a 200+ FTE ICAM-focused program. You will build and deploy cloud-based systems and contribute across the full software lifecycle, driving automation and reliability.

You will design and automate environments, work in an Agile/DevOps setting, and collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams while using GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

TS/SCI + Polygraph clearance is required.
Extensive DevOps/SDLC/CI/CD experience with cloud delivery.
Performance testing with JMeter or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and automate development, testing, and production environments.
Break high-level requirements into actionable technical tasks.
Develop and deploy solutions using commercial cloud platforms.
Support architecture, coding, unit testing, performance testing, and deployments.
Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.
Use tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Unix/Bash, JIRA, and Confluence.
Manage build artifacts and deployments across multiple environments.
Identify automation and process improvements.
Solve complex technical problems and develop innovative customer solutions.
