Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of systems and programming experience.
- 1 year of IT concepts and development methodology.
- Experience with integration and APIs.
- Leadership and project delivery skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate services for AI-powered digital experiences.
- Build, manage, and deploy web services that power AI experiences.
- Define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to design, develop, modify, or integrate complex information systems.
- Develop or modify application systems and procedures to optimize functional requirements including capacity, operating time, response time, and desired results.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document programs, subroutines, and scripts.
- Develop and implement program/system test plans.
- Devise data verification methods and standard system procedures.
- Respond to system failures and performance events by taking appropriate measures to reduce downtime and eliminate recurrence of problems.
- Conduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and support management in budgeting and purchasing efforts.
- Act as an expert technical resource to development staff during all phases of the development and implementation process
