Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Enterprise AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI agents and full‑stack applications. You will own production‑grade code, align with architectural standards, and drive reliability, security, and performance in complex systems.

You’ll work with React.js and TypeScript, REST APIs, and cutting‑edge GenAI tooling to deliver scalable AI capabilities, while embracing SDLC, CI/CD, and modern container orchestration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six to eight years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of development and architectural experience.
• Expert in Python programming with good understanding of other languages (Java, C#).
• Experience in developing full‑stack apps using React.js, TypeScript.
• Experience in building apps with REST API architecture including Auth Flows, Encryption, Observability.
• Experience in GenAI/Agentic AI apps using MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, autogen, Azure AI Foundry.
• Developing solutions using RAG patterns and vector databases with Azure AI Services, FAISS, etc.
• Good at GitHub Copilot for accelerated development and Copilot Studio.
• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML models, prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, operate and maintain Enterprise AI Agents.
• Own full-stack development with production‑ready, testable code.
• Follow architectural best practices for scalable, reliable, and high‑performing systems.
• Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
• Incorporate feedback from code reviews to meet standards.
• Conduct code reviews to guide engineering practices and compliance.
• Ensure product development follows security and compliance best practices.
• Exploit emerging technologies to support technology transformation.
• Foster innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate blockers to avoid escalations.
• Review tasks critically and size for incremental delivery.
