Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, software or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Ability to write clean, scalable code and solve problems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for client-side features.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and state management patterns.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, and deployment of medium-to-large software solutions with performance and security in mind.
• Drive software engineering best practices within the team.
• Provide technical guidance and serve as primary resource for the team.
• Design and deliver features integrating with AI/LLM-backed services.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and document technical details.
• Conduct thorough code reviews focused on quality and optimization.
• Establish team practices for using AI coding tools responsibly.
• Solve complex technical problems with an innovative, can-do attitude.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
