Faro Health Inc. is hiring a senior software engineer to build scalable SaaS products for clinical trial design. You will own features end-to-end, contribute to architecture, and mentor peers in a fast-paced startup.

The role requires strong TypeScript/Python skills, React/Node.js, and experience with cloud platforms. Hybrid work from San Diego area with generous benefits and equity, plus opportunities to advance the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering highly scalable SaaS products.
• Strong microservice architecture and RESTful services.
• Expertise in TypeScript and Python.
• Strong skills in React, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Docker.
• Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud).
• Database design with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with AI/LLM integration or regulated healthcare domain a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own feature delivery from ideation to release, ensuring business requirements are met.
• Hands-on architecture and development of high-complexity features.
• Champion engineering best practices for quality, performance, and scalability.
• Explore new technologies to continuously improve the platform.
