Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Software and AI Engineer, IT Systems, to design and develop AI agents and first‑party applications that boost CoreWeave’s internal ecosystem. You’ll work across the stack—from agentic frameworks and LangChain to React‑based interfaces and robust backend services in Node.js and Go.

The role emphasizes scalable architectures, GenAI tool usage, observability, and security, with collaboration across Finance, Security, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional programming experience delivering production-grade cloud services.
• Full-stack proficiency with backend and frontend tech.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks and AI/ML/LLM-based applications.
• Solid ability to design RESTful APIs, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Cloud environments and container orchestration (Kubernetes) with DevOps/CI/CD knowledge.
• 3+ years scripting (Python or Bash) for automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and first-party apps across the stack.
• Build web/mobile front-ends using React (TypeScript) and modern frameworks.
• Create scalable backend services in Node.js and Go for data processing.
• Integrate internal AI copilots with ERP, HRIS, DCIM, and Data Warehouse systems.
• Implement APIs and microservices for modular architectures.
• Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure observability, maintainability, and security across the stack.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Security, and Engineering.
