Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Software Engineer to help build and scale Weave, its observability and evaluation platform for AI agents. You’ll design core functionality, gather feedback from users, and work with cutting-edge AI builders to iteratively improve the product experience.

You’ll implement APIs, integrate with agent SDKs, and optimize backend performance for low-latency production use. Strong Python/TypeScript skills and startup experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience building AI agents.
• Ability to operate amid ambiguity and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Implement robust and ergonomic APIs.
• Design and build integrations with popular agent harnesses and SDKs such as Claude Code, Codex, pi.dev, OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Scale and improve backend performance for low-latency, high-volume production use cases.
• Build polished features like online LLM judges, playgrounds, evaluations, labeling, and tracing UX.
• Partner with users to understand workflows, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions.
