Job summary

Talantir in New York City is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own core product systems across backend, voice, and AI-driven workflows. The role offers hands-on design, architecture leadership, and end-to-end ownership in a high-growth environment, with five days in the office in NYC.

You will build and ship production systems at scale, lead technically complex feature development, and raise the technical bar for growing product teams. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of production software experience at high-growth technology companies.
• Strong Python coding ability.
• Architecture design and leading technical initiatives.
• Proven track record owning complex systems end-to-end.
• Experience scaling environments in hyper-growth startups or high-bar tech firms.
• Clear communicator with leadership presence.
• Based in or willing to relocate to NYC (5 days in-office).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production‑grade backend and full‑stack systems.
• Drive architecture decisions for new products and core platform features.
• Lead technically complex projects from design through deployment.
• Build scalable infrastructure powering AI‑driven workflows.
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability of distributed systems.
• Partner closely with product and infrastructure teams.
